International Intensive Learning Event (ILE) 2026
Creating, Designing & Managing Interventions:
Making an Impact in an Uncertain World
12–14 June 2026 | E Hotel, Cyprus
A Global Learning Experience
The International Gathering of Programs launches its first International Intensive Learning Event (ILE) – a unique opportunity for graduates and staff from systems‑psychodynamic and psychoanalytic‑systemic programs around the world to learn together in a multicultural context.
Since 2013, program directors and faculty have met annually to deepen shared understanding and strengthen our approach. The ILE extends this collaboration into a three‑day academic‑experiential program designed to advance professional practice.
Primary Task of the ILE
To further the learning on creating, designing and managing interventions that support leaders, consultants and other professionals in their organisational roles to make an impact in an uncertain world.
Method
A Weave of Conceptual, Experiential and Applied Learning
The ILE integrates multiple modes of learning, combining conceptual input with experiential exploration and applied practice.

Core Building Blocks of the Event
01
Exploring the World Event
Spaces to explore what it means to be a member of an uncertain world and to identify resources to take up a role as ‘world member’, both in the here-and-now and (towards the end of the ILE) anticipating on the there-and-then.
02
Create, Design & Manage Event
Spaces to take roles as reflective practitioners and create, design and manage system-psychodynamic/psychoanalytic-systemic informed interventions, for making an impact in an uncertain world.
03
Social Dreaming Matrix
A space for sharing of and working with dreams within a social space: the ILE in its context in the world.
04
Food-for-the-Mind event
Spaces to work with theoretical lenses and concepts, feeding our thinking about the topics presented in the title of this ILE.
05
Review & Impact Group
Spaces to reflect in small groups on the experiences thus far and consider how insights may inform participants roles, practice and organisational contexts.
